I really love my time here! I always leave feeling better than when I came. I would recommend this place to anyone who is hurting and in need of help. They always ask how I am and I know they truly care.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all; I didn't feel welcome there. I loved my psychiatrist and wish I still had the relationship with her although I think my counselor did not like me very much.. It is partially on account of the negativity of the other staff I left treatment and never returned. My own doctor was helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
