I couldn't believe how kind and compassionate they were. They showed genuine concern for me and my situation, and I knew that I could always count on their sound advise and support. I have finally found a counselor that understands me and makes me feel comfortable to vent things that I've been too afraid to let out into the rest of the world. .

Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
