I have taken my son to 3 appointments with Debbie from September 2015 til today 12/22/15. I confirmed BEFORE taking my son that they were in network and was advised by Tammy(assistant) that there was no co pay. I just received a text appointment reminder for our December appointment and a "Reminder" that I owe $137. I questioned both Tammy and Debbie. I have yet to receive an apology. Neither have assumed any responsibility for not informing me my insurance WASN'T in fact covering the costs of these appointments.. but I also haven't received a bill or statement or any notification what so ever to advise me there were any charges for any of these appointments. This is very poor customer service and not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend Debbie Dixon Counseling to anyone.

Was untruthful., charged me for appts that were at the time cancelled., however after speaking with the mother of the child...they tried to charge me for the court cost and cancelled appts...not trust worthy and I reported them to our ins.company to have them removed from our in network. Extremely upset that the counselor Amanda did not do what she was ask., she said..all I can do is help the child with tranferring from one place to another., I said, I am the grandmother and Im 53...I know my grandson..I can do that...so she sided with the mother...and tried endlessly to charge unwarranted charges for court cost by the mother and cancelled appts...dont trust them.
