They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away . The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The staff knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions. Costs of services are much higher then most similar DDS service providers… they do not take insurance.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection
