They treat the pets better than their owners. They will charge you a FULL office visit every time you walk in the door! Even if it's just for a simple vaccine, AND EVEN IF THEY PREVIOUSLY TELL YOU THAT YOU'LL ONLY BE CHARGED FOR THE VACCINE! They will gladly take advantage of your wife, who's there with pets and children in tow, and pressure you into buying services you don't need. There is no remorse or even apology when you call and complain. Go someplace else that treats the owners as well as the pets.
