I am EXTREMELY grateful for the love and attention my kitty received here (again) today, not to mention the super affordable cost. Dr. Hatayama and his staff truly care.

The facility is mediocre, phone and wait times can be long. But. It's worth it to me. I will only ever go to this clinic for my pets.

The staff was not friendly and I didn't feel welcome.
There pricing was fair but nothing was given away.
I will not return to this Vet again.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was so relieved when I saw that they were using advanced, current equipment. It made me feel so much better knowing that my pet was being treated with top-of-the-line equipment. They truly care about your animal.
