Feels like a used car lot... high pressure "sales" to buy $200 shoe inserts and multiple appointments per week, and scans. My main issue/concern still wasn't addressed despite over a dozen appointments, yet other things were "treated"

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, there was no annoying music

Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
