Both Dr. JR and Dr. Tonya go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. They make sure you know exactly what is going on and what they are going to do for you and your health in depth. As soon I walked in the door I felt like family. The office is always so nice and well kept. I feel very comfortable and well taken care of when I visit the Arkansas Upper Cervical Center!

They say they are just there to help I only had one treatment he asked my wife to look at my legs that one was longer than the other after the treatment he asked her to look again but he pushed on my legs to make them look even I just think and feel they put on a show to get a lot of money. I hurt more after I left.

Beginning June 2013, I suffered with all over pain, tenderness, numbness, twitching movements and SO many more symptoms prior to starting treatment with Dr's JR and Tonya Crabtree. I was miserable everyday and was only able to do very few tasks. The only thing that helped was narcotic pain medicine and that didn't make the pain go away it just made it somewhat manageable. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in November 2013. I was hopeful that since I had a diagnosis I would soon get relief. My rheumatologist tried several medicines to help treat me but nothing she prescribed really helped. My pain was to the point that I was going to have to start seeing a pain management doctor. My life was falling apart and I felt hopeless. My family didn't even feel like they "knew" me anymore. I was a shell of my former self. When my husband mentioned Arkansas Upper Cervical Center to me I was skeptical, but after we talked to the Crabtree's we understood what made their practice different from other chiropractic offices. My first alignment was January 22,2014. I could tell a difference that day! I didn't want to get my hopes up because I had suffered what felt like forever and simply didn't want another let down. I have not been let down. My quality of life has improved SO much. I'm not "cured" but with the help of Dr. JR and Dr. Tonya Crabtree my body is starting to heal itself. My pain is so much better! I have not had any narcotic pain medicine since mid February and before I started treatment at AR Upper Cervical Center I had to take something daily. I've also been able to stop taking Cymbalta which had such a negative effect on my emotional health. I strongly recommend treatment with these great doctors. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are great people to be around. You always feel welcome and part of the Upper Cervical Care Family.

I can truly speak from the heart that the care I have received and are currently receiving from Dr.Crabtree has definetly improved how I feel and has even removed pain and numbness I have felt in the past. Two of my family members also received care in the past and they too have received relief in the areas they were suffering. Both Drs J.R. and Tonya care totally about your suffering and with work with you all the way. They also teach the importance on our part of taking care of our ourselves which includes what we eat, what we do and how it brings back the "life" to our bodies the way God intended it to be.My goal is to continue with this care for the rest of my life as long asI can..

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled fine in there and looked immaculate. The wait time is acceptable to me. The front office is very good about booking enough time for each appointment since this provider is not known to rush. They spend a lot of time with me and I know they may need to spend extra time with some other clients as well. This provider is top notch! I've visited others in their field and I rate this one as #1. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The office staff helped me get in an appointment as soon as I needed to. I'm very grateful. I have visited a chiropractor before and hated it, so I was very leary of going to a new one. However, Dr. Crabtree and Dr. Tonya relieved my fears immediately with their reasoning and methodology. AND I immediately felt better after my very first adjustment.
