The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
