They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
