Dr. Olson was always late for appointments, I was missing work already and had to wait 10-15 minutes to get in to see her which meant I was missing almost 2 hours to see her. I went else where, they run on time and I'm only missing just over an hour.

She goes out of her way to make clients feel respected and cared for. This is a small town and she goes to some effort to protect the client's privacy. She readily answers questions and provides educational material on research-based interventions. The office is quiet, clean and comfortable. Dr. Olson has a good perspective in terms of frequency of appointments and is wiling to make space in relation to need.
