Ruth Kusiak is one of the worst social workers that I have encountered. She lacks the knowledge to counsel appropriately with abused children as well as their care givers. She doesn't support the care givers at all. She is manipulative, lacks education and should not be counseling people. In my opinion, she has the ability to destroy the growth of a child's emotional development. Her techniques are outdated and her own personal opinion gets in the way of properly treating children. She is very opinionated and does not listen to the caregivers causiing mayhem in a family. She has an overinflated ego that causes distortion in her views and outcomes. I would not recommend her at all and definately do your research and find a different social worker.
