I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my input and concerns. I feel like we're working together instead of them just telling me what to do. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
