I would not recommend this person for children. She did not have a degree to work with children as she let on at the time.
Kathy tells you one thing then turns around to testify in court another so she lied. This involved a child protection order & rights that were taken away from the abusive parent yet this is who Kathy helped so that child endured more years of abuse & neglect until the child was finally adopted away from the neglectful parent.
