Alison is compassionate, honest, engaging, informative and was instrumental in showing me alternative ways to view my situation. The "before and after" of me is frankly astonishing, I regained the ability and desire to believe in myself, and it came about in an organic and genuine manner, not in a series of Tony Robbinsesque "feel-good" exercises that smack of gimmickery.
