Visited as a new self referred patient. Staff was very cheery & friendly. Dr Britt adminstered an audio test & then I saw Dr Gupta. He gave me a very thorough going over. Was very pleased with the attention I got & the efficiency of the office. I will be returning in 6 mos for a follow up.

Dr. Pankaj is a very Knowledgeable doctor and very patient. He takes time to understand the situation, explain causes and solutions in detail. Every task done at this clinic is clearly explained.
I am not sure of the other reviewer out here who complained of pain in the clinic. These is nothing they do here that can cause any pain as mentioned. All procedure and surgery are done in nearby hospital.
I underwent an outpatient surgery, and I must say, I was treated with utmost care. Even for followup visit, they made sure I am not kept waiting due to the condition.
Overall, I would give A+ rating.

I was amazed at how quickly they offered a remedy for my condition. I haven't felt this great in months. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They didn't take that one step to make me feel like they cared at all. I was just another client to them. I was in a lot of pain during my appointment, which I later found out was totally unnecessary! They had absolutely NO follow up, did not return phone calls, etc. After I found someone else, they were quite annoyed and had lots of reasons why nothing was 'their fault'. I don't think they were well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing. They seemed far more impressed with their own importance than with my well being!
