Doctor is by far one of the best ENT doctors I the world. He is very professional and understand the concerns of a patient. I was very satisfied with my recent Laryngoscopy and I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking to best ENT doctor the world has to offer!

Mr. Gupta is very professional bringing in years of experience to common man. The interesting thing during our visit was that he took effort to make us understand about the condition in common peoples terms and not all them doctor terms. It really helped us make our decision. I like the fact that he doesn't push extreme solutions down your throat to get your business. This was out second visit and consistently excellent service. I wish the office was available on weekends, but then I don't find anyone else to be opened on weekends either.

First off - no options were given where my son's tonsils were to be taken out until I, his mother, had to follow up and get him to Wake Med Cary instead of the Blue Ridge Surgery Center. He was let out of Wake Med much too fast and still drugged up when he was basically thrown into the car. He hemorrhaged on the 11th day June 30, 2013; had to call 911 and they took him to Wake Med Cary where he initially had the surgery. i called Gupta's office immediately; no answering service. Wake Med Cary, Dr. Farris, called several numbers for Gupta, pager, home and other numbers AND DOCTOR DID NOT RESPOND. This is outrageous for a doctor not to have an answering service for emergencies. After 5 hours at Wake Cary, they were going to release my son and he started bleeding again. Still could not get in touch with Gupta WHOSE OFFICE IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM WAKE CARY. Left messages again at Gupta's office. Wake Cary wanted to transfer him miles and miles away to Wake New Bern! He could have been transferred locally to Rex Lake Boone or Blue Ridge Surgery but Wake Med Cary was in such a rush to initially discharge him and he started bleeding again and so they transferred him miles away instead of checking locally first. I AM OUTRAGED BY THIS UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT FROM DR. GUPTA AND THE HOSPITAL IN NO FOLLOW UP AT ALL......I PLAN TO FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND NOT ANSWERING YOUR PHONE AND THE HOSPITAL FOR FAILING TO SEND HIM TO REX WHERE THEY WOULD IMMEDIATELY HAVE CALLED IN AN ENT TO STOP THE BLEEDING OR TO GUPTA'S BASE SURGERY CENTER AT BLUE RIDGE SURGERY CENTER.....THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IN THIS CASE FAILED TO DO ANY KIND OF FOLLOW UP AND THE DOCTOR NOT BEING AVAILABLE EVEN BY PHONE IS AN OUTRAGE.

I was given a friendly greeting when I walked in, the entire staff was professional and caring. Dr. Gupta took gave me a through evaluation; he listened and asked questions to clearly understand my simptoms; I did not feel rushed. Dr. Gupta took his time to educate me on several possible diagnosis and why he ruled them out. The next day, I received a follow up call from his office to ask how I was feeling. Dr Gupta will call my family doctor to relay his findings. I recommend his office to anyone needing an ENT.
