I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I have already told tons of people about how great this doctor was. They really helped me with my condition.
