Never, they are very reliable.

Best massage I have ever had! I have gone to Pam for years, (migraines) as has my husband (arthritis & all over aches & pains). We have been to other therapists & never with the same results.
I have recently introduced two new clients to Pam & they also agree she gave 'OMG the best massage EVER" . She is very reasonably priced, very professional, will work with your schedule & will prove that she is the only massage therapist you will ever want to go to.
Whoever wrote that awful review must just have a personal grudge against Pam. Even if you don't like Pam there is no disputing she is an amazing therapist. Make an appointment you will see for yourself!
The survey questions are generalized - there is no "they" only Pam.


They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I felt absolutely fantastic after my massage. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was the best I've ever had. I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there.
