It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
