Dr. Marcotuli has always been great with my cat. She was recently diagnosed with renal failure and her kidney levels were so high she needed 24 hour care. She immediately transferred us to a facility that could care for her until we could see if she would recover. I have always been able to get in and see her when needed. On this last issue, knowing that her kidneys showed elevated levels a few years earlier, that is one of the first things she wanted to look at and as soon as she received her blood work back she called me immediately and recommended that we get to this facility. I feel positive that if we hadn't done this and gotten her on fluids, and medication, she wouldn't be with us and doing as well as she is right now. At least I know what I am dealing with thanks to her quick reaction.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely not. I had no idea what my veterinarian said to me.

I feel like my appointment was pointless and nothing was accomplished except getting a big bill!!!!!!!!!!! The veterinarian was not very friendly. She didnt really explain my pet's condition and I felt like she was just guessing and coming up with different tests to charge me for.
