They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the knowledge I received after visiting Dr. Gall. He gives you information that you need and tries to provide you with answers when he perceives you need the info. He cared for a wild hawk for us and saved its life. All my questions are always answered, and I feel confident that my animals receive the BEST care. The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
