I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional and she always had an excuse as to why she was dressed that way. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. The receptionist/secretary was always taking personal calls while I waited. And I have found this 'professional' lets in visitors to the back door while the parents are in the front-so you never know just who is with your child at any given time. The snacks are a bit excessive-it made me wonder if she felt the need to bribe the children while they are there and I am also left wondering if the Health Dept visits.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
