This counselor is the most egotistical man that I have ever met. He didn't know any of the facts of my case. Did know what the issues were and made up a 55 page report after 20 mins of talking. He has destroyed my family. I have had to have my children in therapy to try to repair the damage he created. He lied throughout the whole process. If that wasn't bad enough he cancelled 3 appointments after flying in from out of town. If he is your therapist stop and go elsewhere! I left with more problems than I went in with, to be honest. I was completely unsatisfied with the services. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
