When comparing him to others in his field, I would say he is by far the worst I have ever seen. Grossly unethical, untrustworthy, and professionally incompetent. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, but they said they were going to!

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

This man is a total fraud he has been involved in my case for three years and has continually and repeatedly sided with the mother and never considered the child's activities or schedule. He has maintained that the loss of his license is of no consequence to his court appointed duties if he represents the court he should at least be able to retain a license. One total Quack.

I just read about the trouble Andre has seen the last few years, and my heart goes out to him. I saw him when I was 13 years old, in Brookings, South Dakota. He was generous enough to give me therapy for free, even though he had to travel from Sioux Falls to do so (he did have other patients in Brookings who did pay him). He was the first therapist I'd seen that saw me for me, and I still get emotional when I think about him. He was the first person to make a real difference in my mental health, to bolster me to get on the right path. I have a very hard time believing he's not still that person, and while it seems he made some decisions that were not exactly ethical, I fail to see why that doesn't make him a good therapist. It makes him human. May we all have the opportunity to have failures AND find redemption in ourselves and those around us. Only weak, cruel minds judge so harshly.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they are known for being good at what they do
