I went to Swan Valley Herbs after having been ill for months with no success in mainstream medicine's attempts to figure out what was causing my pain and fatigue. Though I don't know much about the process Tom Tracey uses to determine what is wrong and how to treat it, as in the details of "how" he does what he does, I appreciated his thoroughness and I did, in fact, start feeling a lot better after I followed his treatment plan. Whatever it is that he does to figure out what course of action to take, it seems to have worked.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. For the last 10 or more years I've relied on Tom's help every time I'm ill, and he's never failed to help me. He and his staff answer all my questions, is very intuitive and supporting. Tom also offers Nature Walks to learn more about native edibles and medicinal herbs, and classes on wildcrafting. I'm so lucky to live in Bigfork! but he can help those who live elsewhere, too. Most of the herbs and tinctures come from the local area and are wildcrafted by Tom and his staff. The office was easy enough to find.

Their help has healed several members of my family of various internal issues. There were times the doctors could not help us, even specialists, and these guys found out what was wrong using methods I never knew about, but I can't deny they worked. I sent others there, and they had the same, positive results. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I am going back right now, but got voice mail.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
