To start off with Dr. Behr is not primary doctor but an otherpedic surgeon. He does stay very current on research. He is a very good shoulder otherpedic surgon. Probally the best shoulder othpedic surgeon in san diego. If you have shoulder issue, go see him.
He does not suggest surgery at first but tries conventional methods. He examples in detail and risks. He is very good with shoulder
