Dr. May obviously cares for animals. He is also incredible with helping his staff, showing them the easiest way to handle your pet so they are not stressed any further by being at the vet.
Dr May listens and will calm pet owners down immediately with his demeanor. I've been very happy with his care for my Harley dog over the last 10 years, more importantly Harley is a happy dog and will remain healthy as possible with such good care.

Yes, I was completely at ease
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Without a doubt!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it
