After seeing western doctors for 11 years with minimal improvement and maximum costs, Dr. Smothers helped me to regain my health in just two months! As a result of seeing him, I went from a gaunt 130 pounds for my 6'1" frame to over 140, no longer needed my daily coffee for narcolepsy, experienced alleviation of my GI symptoms, and this is only the beginning. Smothers is a miracle worker!

The front desk tried to give a good impression and were very pleasant. However, the doctor was busy and not interested in my situation. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running behind and he took calls and talked with people while in my appointment. I was disappointed - a big waste of money. Don't go there.

I have been under John Smother's care for four years. I came to him feeling very bad: no energy, depression, poor adrenal function, a ramped up nervous system, etc. The supplements he put me on began to make me feel better right away. My adrenal function is now completely normal, my energy and mood are good and my nervous system has calmed down and is normal. I know that no MD would've been able to help me heal like this. In addition, he has always taken his time with me and answered my questions. He is very available to talk with on the phone while most MD's are impossible to reach! I have learned a lot about good nutrition and diet from Dr. John and would highly recommend him.

I did not have a good experience with this "doctor". I came seeking nutritional advice for a thyroid problem and left with a whole host of unnecessary supplements. At the time I just wanted to feel better and was willing to believe anyone. I found this doctor unfriendly, difficult to communicate with, and more interested in making money than natural healing. I could seriously go on about how poorly I feel about this doctor, but I will just say judge for yourself. I am sure he has helped some people but I wish I would have listened to my gut instinct and stayed away from his office.

I went to this ND (non-doctor) while experiencing a sudden onset of first time deep depression and anxiety and wanted to initially avoid anti-depressants. I was sold numerous expensive tests, vitamins and herbal remedies over a period of months, all of which did nothing while Mr. Smothers continued to negate the option of seeing a real doctor and trying anti-depressants. I finally left and went to see a doctor and was put on an anti-depressant which I think saved my life. This is not someone you want to see if you have a serious problem, he is just interested in making money.
