Hahnemann hospital has a new billing department who is apparently re-submitting old billing that has been already paid. It has been a nightmare of bills from various outpatient departments since then, bills being sent for things we paid for. I wanted to give it no stars but I can't do it. In addition to this Tenet hospital providers have switched to being Drexel Medicine providers. Employees pay significantly less for Tenet providers, and were not informed that their providers were now Drexel. Billing came in the form of a nasty letter that we were going to be in collections over these bills. Hahnemann is a good hospital but the billing problems are a real headache
