Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me; they acted like I was an uneducated person who could not be trusted to help make decisions for my pet. I left feelig frustrated and confused.
They also refuse to let people use their restroom even when patrons have been waiting for several hours. They told me to go next door to the GoMart and use the restroom. How was I supposed to do that when I had my dog with me?
One of the receptionists is extremely condescending, rude, and unprofessional. She acts more like a bouncer at a bar than someone who's job it is to pass information between the vets and the customers. They are all very good at getting the money from the patrons, though. They must have skipped the classes on courtesy and professionalism and taken extras on extortion. Today when I asked about how much my bill would be, the receptionist had NO IDEA even though she was asking me to sign a paper that I would pay whatever the amount was when I picked my dog up at the end of the day.
They paid attention to my pet, however I never got a clear understanding as to what was wrong with her. They prescribed medication. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
