I am new to the area and had a decent experience here several months ago. The office staff was polite and had me come right in for an urgent issue. The vet I saw at the time was helpful and competent. She listened when I explained the symptoms, which is important to me, and took her time to ensure I understood the issue and course of treatment.

My second visit, however, was completely unacceptable. I saw a different doctor who refused to listen to the information I was providing and came up with a speculative diagnosis that made no sense to me. Thank goodness I left there and drove straight to the veterinary hospital in my previous neighborhood where my pet received life-saving medical attention.

After this experience, I wouldn't take my pet rock here.
