This office is high priced and not real clean. Care more about billing and getting paid than the care of your pet.

My puppy died in their hospital. I took him there for neutering and after they gave him anesthesia, he stopped breathing and his heart stopped. They said they had gone though some physical tests before the surgery, however, I really doubt on their procedures. Please please don't visit this hospital unless you have some minor problems, they can't handle big things!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
