I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

When we first started with them, they were good. Eventually, the CNA that was to come out and bath my mother 2 times a week, would call and say she would be there at 10:30 and would not show up. When she did show up, the home care worker that took care of my mother during the week ended up doing all her work. I liked the nurse when we first started out but I get the feeling the longer my mother lives, the more irritated the nurse gets. She told me they would not pay for some of her medication but neglected to tell me they quit with a major blood pressure medicine and I didn't find out until she needed it. Since my mother cannot be left alone, I have no way to go get it now. I finally complained enough to get rid of the CNA. I am just not very happy with them. They are very unorganized and too many alpha dogs trying to run the zoo. I have talked to other people that used hospice and the recommend Northern Illinois Hospice. Please look around before deciding on this one. If it wouldn't be such a hassle for my mother, I would change.
