What an awful person this RN head of hospice. She was one of the coldest, unfriendliest people we have ever met. She seemed to have no respect for our feelings and complete disregard for our loved one's life. She actually told us that Medicare doesn't consider our loved one as a person only a dollar sign. I've never seen a provider look and act so unprofessional.. I was confused and frustrated with this hospice. This lady was the head of hospice and she came in my mother's hospital room and yelled at my sister not caring that my mother could hear her.It made us all cry. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They were horrible. The hospital staff was wonderful, but hospice of Sharon Regional is not going to take care of my mother. There are better choices out there.
