Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They answered most of my questions. Their office was nice and quiet. Dr. Matthew is very qualified and knowledgeable, but the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming, and seemed annoyed when I checked in.
The doctor made it clear that she didn't want to hear about my medication refill needs ( med that she prescribed me), and told me I should only call the pharmacist. I was very turned off my this. For the price one pays, I would hope she or her staff would be happy to call in a refill. This is why she gets a 3 out of 5. The doctor won't call you back to discuss anything, I could only ever talk to nurse. So to summarize, my hormone issues have improved with the care I received, but I felt like a number and nothing extra special about my experience.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are very careful to follow scientifically proven testing to provide specific solutions to each individual situation. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
