I wouldn't put a mutt off the street in this nursing facility! They are understaffed, under skilled, and very rude. Especially the administrator! She was always found in her office behind closed/locked doors and was arrogant when approached otherwise. I am so glad I got my parent out of there when I did! My loved one is doing 100% better where she is now. My experience with this place made my loved one, myself, and my family more nervous and stressed than when my loved one initially fell ill.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Not really, it wasn't very clean
