Terrible place! My father was there last January when it was freezing outside, I went to visit and his room was freezing and they only gave him a thin blanket to keep warm. When I went to find out about the heat they said that the broiler was broken and gave me another thin blanket.
Miraculously five minutes later the heat came on.
Men that work there just come in without knocking in a very intimidating manner.
And we were lied to numerous times when we called to find out when Medicare would stop paying, we were told the wrong date each time and when we called to confer that we were picking him up on the his last day we were told by the social worker that she was just about to call me because stopped paying three days before. REALLY!

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
