They get one star only because they won't accept the review without one. This place has gone downhill in the past 3 years. They are grossly understaffed, therefore the residents cannot get the attention and care they need and pay for. Last week I saw a resident in the hallway with nothing but a shirt and a Depends on. This is dignity? Clothes and personal items disappear, the staff talks about the residents in front of them, its deplorable. Residents do not get bathed often enough. They just got done remodeling and the lobby looks amazing, but don't be fooled by that, they got rid of a lot of staff to save money, I assume.

Staff is burned out and rude. They know nothing about their patients. Patients are frequently yelled at or ignored. They are defensive to visitors and act like we're intruding, won't answer questions as if it's none of our business how our loved ones are doing, if they ate, etc. The place is filthy and smells like bodily waste since the bed pans and diapers are not changed. Patients are left in their rooms and drugged. Please beware, they are the opposite of what their website claims to be.
