I worked at the Cambridge house for 2 years. I would not ever send a loved one there. The whole staff is over worked. It's not that most don't work hard and care for the people, but there is not enough employees to handle all the work. I hope some day the owners and leaders of this corp. will have to stay here and receive the same treatment. Do NOT!! send someone you love to this place.

The day I went there to admit my father, who had suffered from a bad stroke, the administrator met me in a very dark & musty office. She looked over the paperwork & said to me, "we will accept your father, he is a good Medicaid pay patient." What? I was so numb from my father's illness at the time, this didn't really register. So their bottom line is money. There was never a word of what they could do to help my father. Not long after that we went in to see him & he was lying on his bed completely naked, & lying in a tremendous amount of his own excrement. God only knows how long this had been going on. I approached a CNA about it & she said she had just delivered his supper & she didn't want it to get cold so she didn't clean him up!!! My father was not able to feed himself so who knows how long he had gone without food. No staff members were ever friendly or willing to do their job. My precious father was a classy & proud man & deserved far better than to have been in this hell hole. I wouldn't recommend this place for a dog. It always smelled worse than a dog pound.

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

No, it is their way or the highway

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
