When my mother was there the 1st nite was terrible for her but it was because she had spent so much time alone she called me to come get her. She said it was a madhouse. I told her it was ppl living and life makes noise. I called her nurse & told her what mom had told me. This nurse took the time to go & talk to mom & calm her fears. She told her if she was ever feeling that way again to just call her & she would be happy to talk with her & address any problems she mite have. Mom was fine after that. This nurse didn't have to do this for mom. I felt that she went above & beyond the call with mom & the family in mom's care. I would place her there again if the need ever arose.

They gave me scattered information indicating they are either incompetent or not telling the whole truth. Be very wary about placing your loved one in the care of this facility. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help my loved one staying there. The level of care for residents is not good - wallowing in your own feces for an hour is not good care in my book. They also had serious problems with medication administration.
