They do not provide medicine as scheduled by physician; water was to be provided to rinse mouth following medication to prevent thrush (mough disease) and was never provided without my asking for it.; a sleeping chai collapsed while I was in it, dropping me 2 1/2 to 3' onto the floor. Three individuals had to respond to remove the defective chair and not one of them asked if I'd been injured in the fall or if I was okay. They misplaced a cuff for my ice machine and refused to replace it. When I first arrived at the facility following a total knee replacement, I asked when PT would be started and was told I could do it on my own.

My mother lives here now. My grandpa stayed here. I had a best friends mother who stayed here and his entire family raves about St. Francis as I do. BY FAR, the warmest, most professional, wonderful environment to live and visit as well. A very kind, professional and helpful staff. I've seen other nursing homes, this is a total HOME FEEL. The others feel like hospitals comparably.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
