While thee staff cares GREATLY for the patients it is UNFORTUNATE the the way they treat their staff !!!!!! They should get zero stars for their lack of employee care or concern. They have an administrator who just got out of kindergarten & they have an ADON who is a male who is the tackiest crabbiest jerk on this planet. luckily he is good @ butt kissing !!! Literally & then some !!!!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've had to go to a few other facilities for orthopedic surgeries, and Ramona Manor tops them all. Their staff members are very polite, caring, and supportive. Each and every person I dealt with went put of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. I cannot describe or put into words my appreciation for all the caring people at Ramona Manor. If you looking for a facility, do yourself a favor and call Ramona Manor. You will not be disappointed!

I was a patient at Ramona Manor Care for 2 weeks in May of this year. I found the nursing staff caring and very professional. They did everthing possible to make me comfortable and free of pain. The physical therapists did an excellent job getting me in shape to go home. My main therapist was Steve Pope. He was just wonderful.

I would recommend Ramona Manor Care to anyone needing temporary care or rehab.
