Worst place ever. They are only out for money. I heard from an employee that they had been getting residents to sign over their homes. Director claims he has everyone's best interest at heart--what a lie! Bed sores, lack of communication with patients families, rashes (or scabbies), screwed up doctors appointments, delays in making needed doctor's appointments, physical therapists refusing to work with patients after seeing them once. Families told that they take them outside--not true; they won't even take them to the day room. They can't even keep their stories straight-everyone tells you something different. It sickens me to even walk in their. They just ruined our Christmas-pay up or mom won't have her room after the hospital. They may come off as nice but don't be fooled like we were.

This nursing home is terrible. There is never a doctor there. The employees are not trained too well either. Patients go days without lifesaving meds, trust me. They almost killed my mom. Their rehab is a joke. The staff consistantly tells patients to go to the bathroom in diaper rather than assisting those capable of going to the bathroom. If you want to seek revenge on someone send them to vanderbuilt. If you care for them...do not send a loved on there...

This place is not advised for anyone because they Mistreat their employees.
I found that there is a very bad moral problem due to mistreatment of the staff from the administration of this nursing home. Due this fact with the exception of the vent unit who is very devoted to their patients, I'd advise you not to ever send your family here

I visited this facility recently and was very pleased with the staff. The receptionist and administrators were very professional and helpful. I left feeling very encouraged and upbeat. My mind was made up then and there on my decision to transfer my father to this facility. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, especially the floor that my father will be residing. I really have a really good gut feeling that this is going to be a great change for my father.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I currently have my family member at the facility. We are very happy with the care, cleanliness of the facility. The staff is excellent and very hard working. It exceeded the expectations I had since my initial visit to the home.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not at all. They ignored my questions

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name
