The Administrator at Manor Care Nursing Home lacks professionalism, accessibility, staffing control and overview. Her less than appropriate demeanor is mirrored by several of her staff. She fails to take seriously the concerns of patients, family, and friends.

She fails to manage critical situations with timeliness and both business and clinical skill.

The institution might fuction better under a more appropriate management style.
