For themost part the staff is lazy, if half as much time was spent helping the residents as it is avoiding routine care this could be a nice facility.
Durring my visits there has been trash on the floor in the form of used alchohol preps waste paper and even needels.
Magnolia Manor has now hired a dietician who has done away with special diets such as those required by diabetics and placed them all on regular diets, it is my understanding this was done against the oppinion of senior medical staff (Doctor).

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I am a nurse looking for a job! seemed to me that they must not be too short handed!
