I had my father here and the service was great like always he is been here before and Laurel had the helpful person in the front desk Janeth she is not longer at Laurel but Connie and Minnie helpful as well. Love their service I will recommend the facility.

This is the WORST place! do not take your loved one there. My grandma was there for a week and it was horrible. She was in rehab post heart surgery and they did not give her the medication she needed to recover. They did not have her room ready when she was admitted. They refused to give her medication. They refused to take her to the restroom. They were rude to her. She fell trying to get up to use the restroom herself and was choking on her oxygen cord after they refused to help. This all led to a conference meeting where they tried to cover themselves by saying no one saw her fall. They wanted her to eat breakfast while she sat in her pooped diaper they wanted to change her after she ate. They are disgusting and cruel. The list goes on! my family and I would never want anyone to suffer the way my grandmother did. We are definitely doing something about it.

This is the best facility to take care all the residents and all the staff is friendly and the cna' s they are professional and take care the residents.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
