No one on staff answers your calls or returns calls that you make.My mom is suppose to be there for rehab and she still hasn't been evaluated,after many weeks.I'd give them a poor rating except the staff on the floor is pleasant.Most of time she's not out of bed,the room is dark and her tv isn't even on.

In general , the facility meets the basic needs by providing assistance with ADL's Activities of Daily Living. However, there is little in the way of social interaction.
My mother , who is elderly, basically sits in her room most of the day. Prior to her becoming a resident at this facility, my mother was a very social person.
Overall staff does their best given the ratio of staff-resident.
It did take 6 months for the facility dentist to fit my mother for a new set of upper dentures and now they do not fit in her mouth. She needs to be refitted. .

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
