MY SISTER HAS LIVED AT GRACELAND SENCE 2004, IT IS WHERE SHE WANTS TO BE, SHE CALL THE STAFF HER FAMILY, I SEEN SOME DOWN FALL UNDER ANOTHER ADMINISTRATION, BUT THIS NEW ADMINISTRATION IS MAKING A DIFFERENT IN ALL. THE NURSES , CNA'S, MANTENANCE,AND HOUSE KEEPING. I AM A FAMILY COUNCIL MEMBER OF GRACELAND NURSING HOME. GRACELAND NURSING HOME IS HOME FOR MANY PEOPLE.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

No, I was on edge
