My mother, Mary Sue Boyce, has been a resident since October 2012 and the administrative staff as well as the nursing staff went out of their way to make her, her family and her friends feel not only welcome but that they wanted us to be there and visit her. They did everything possible to make her room feel like her own bedroom at home including allowing me to bring in her own dresser, chest, night stand, curtains and her favorite rocker from home. She made ceramics and I was allowed to bring in lamps that she had made, and they also allowed her to paint on her ceramics at the nursing home. They showered her with love and attention and were always very eager to address and/or answer any question we may have had. She truly loved the staff and called them part of her family. So do the rest of us!!! Also, the facelift and improvements that have been made in the appearance of the facility, the décor, the cleanness, the freshness, the birds, is very comforting and relaxing. I could never say enough good about Daniel and his staff (administrative, nursing and custodial). It was a service I had hoped we would never need but thanks to them it was a pleasant experience, and if I ever need to go myself, this is where I want to be. If there is some way they can be rewarded, please do so, THEY TRULY CARE AND THEY TRULY ARE THE BEST!. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever encountered. Everyone I spoke with made an effort to listen to all of my concerns, even when they were crazy!, and displayed their love for my family. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
